Electrocardiography

Tasks:

1. Take two ECG records of your colleague using the leads I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, the first at rest and the second after physical aktivity.

2. Using the resting ECG record plot the electrical heart axis and evaluate its direction.

3. Measure in five heart cycles of both records their period of duration in seconds and evaluate the heart beat

frequency and the pulse rate.

4. Measure in both ECG records important parts of the record: Complex QRS, intervals P-P, P-Q, Q-T and section S-T and determine which part of the heart action is and which one is not pulse rate dependent.
